Directions

As you approach Rethymnon from Chania (along the New national road), take the exit where you'll see the sign Atsipopoulo-Rethymnon junction and drive towards Rethymnon town

Follow road to the right onto Stamathioudaki street

Straight ahead (approx. 2 km), till you see “Periferiakos” (ringroad)/ Kefalogiannidon extending on your left - there turn towards Fortezza-castle / Venetian port, (along the sea)

Follow Emanuel Kefalogianni (ring road) around the castle, until you reach the port

After having passed the port follow onto Arkadiou street - you'll see the ANEK lines office on your right

A few meters straight ahead turn into Salaminos street - this street will change name to Melisinou

Continue for 100m where you will turn left into Xanthoudidou alley (hotel Fortezza on the corner) AVLI is located on your right 20m down the alley. (PEDESTRIAN STREET - for parking see map) no vehicles are allowed to drive along this alley)
