Lemon Chicken Pasta
5 Green Onions, Chopped
2 Cloves Garlic, minced
4 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oli
1 ½ lbs chicken breast – boneless and skinless, cubed
3 tablespoons lemon juice
3 tablespoons minced pasrley
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
1 package of home made Pasta
Directions
1. In a large skillet, sauté onions & garlic in extra virgin Olive Oil until tender.
2. Stir in the chicken, lemon juice, parsley, seasoned salt & lemon-pepper.
3. Sauté for 15-20 min or until chicken juices run clear.
Meanwhile, cook spaghetti according to package instructions, drain when cooked. Add to chicken mixture& toss. Top with freshly grated Anthotiros Cheese
Pasta can be boiled in chicken stock.
